FAQ

Can the flight be aborted?

Yes. The flight can be aborted at any time by an operator. Once an abort is triggered, the interceptor stabilizes immediately, navigates to the nearest designated safe landing spot, and performs a controlled descent to the ground.

Which C2 and radar systems can you integrate with?

CDDS can integrate with a wide range of detection systems and C2 (Command & Control) solutions. Because the interceptor uses on-board “last-mile” target guidance, it only requires approximate target coordinates from the external detection system.

Is it dangerous to humans?

No. The interceptor drone is designed as a low-collateral-damage solution and is not intended to pose a risk to people or critical infrastructure.

It incorporates multiple safety mechanisms to minimize risk. In the event of an impact with a hostile drone, the interceptor fragments into many small pieces, significantly reducing the potential for damage on the ground.

Can you counter swarms?

Yes. Our solution was specifically designed to counter swarm scenarios, multiple drones approaching from different directions or flying in coordinated formations.

Can you counter low-flying drones?

Yes. Our interceptors are capable of detecting and neutralizing low-flying and fast threats.

What targets can you intercept?

Our primary focus is on Group 1 and Group 2 drones (up to 25 kg / 55 lbs). The interceptor does not depend on the drone’s shape or RF emissions, allowing it to engage a wide range of drone types, including non-emitting targets
